Why Work With Us

A shop that runs
the right way.

We've built this business on doing things properly the first time. That same standard applies to how we operate as a team.

01

Veteran-Owned, Family Values

Oscar served before building this business. That means discipline, respect, and doing what you said you'd do. Those aren't words on a wall — they're how we operate every day.

02

Real Craft, Real Standards

We build custom cabinetry, vanities, built-ins, and finish work for high-end homes across Central Texas. If you take woodworking seriously, you'll fit right in.

03

Hands-On Ownership

Oscar and Marla are not remote owners. They're in the shop, on the job site, and in the details. You'll always know where you stand and what's expected.

04

Work You're Proud Of

We photograph everything we build. Our work is in luxury homes across the area. What you build here is something you can point to and say, "I made that."

05

Clean, Organized Shop

We keep a clean shop and a clean schedule. No chaos, no last-minute scrambles. The kind of environment where skilled people can actually do their best work.

06

Salado, Texas Based

We're local and we intend to stay local. Work out of our shop at 2021 Howard Loop Unit A, Salado — with project sites across Belton, Temple, and surrounding areas.

What We Offer

More than a
job description.

Competitive Pay Based on your experience and what you bring to the team. We pay for real skill.
Monday to Friday Schedule Regular shop hours with no surprise weekend requirements. We respect your time off.
A Real Team Environment Small, focused crew. Owners are present. You won't get lost in a big company org chart.
Work You Can Stand Behind Every project is something we're proud to have our name on. You'll feel it too.

What We're Looking For

The kind of person who
cares about the details.

We're not looking for the fastest worker. We're looking for the most consistent one. If these qualities sound like you, we should talk.

Experience in Finish Carpentry or Cabinetry

At least 2 years working with cabinets, built-ins, trim, or custom woodwork. You know the difference between rushed and done.

Attention to Detail

You notice the gap that's a hair off. You care enough to fix it before anyone else sees it. That's not perfectionism — that's craftsmanship.

Reliability

You show up when you say you will. Clients are counting on a timeline and so is the rest of the team. Dependability is non-negotiable here.

Clean, Drug-Free Workplace

We operate clean. No exceptions. This is a professional shop and we hold everyone on the team to that standard — including ourselves.

Good Communication

You ask when you're not sure. You speak up if something looks off. A small question now prevents a costly fix later.

Pride in Your Work

This one's hard to teach. You either care about what you build or you don't. We're looking for the people who do.
