We're hiring a skilled Cabinet Installer to set custom cabinetry in luxury custom homes. You'll work on-site installing cabinets, built-ins, and vanities to spec, ensuring every reveal, seam, and line meets our quality standard.
We're looking for a skilled Cabinet Maker to work in our production shop building, assembling, and preparing custom cabinetry for finish. This role covers cutting parts, building cabinet boxes, doors, and drawer boxes, and sanding and prepping pieces to a finish-ready standard.
We're hiring a CNC Operator / Edgebander to program, run, and maintain our CNC router and edgebanding line. You'll take cut files from our design team and turn them into precise, finish-ready parts, keeping the entire shop's production flowing on schedule.
We're hiring a Sales representative to help grow our relationships with custom home builders and homeowners across Bell County, Williamson County, and the surrounding area. This role focuses on generating and closing new business, managing client relationships, and representing our brand at a high level in the luxury custom home market.
We're hiring a Shop Helper to support our production team. No prior cabinetry experience is required. This is a great starting point for someone reliable who wants to learn cabinetmaking skills and grow into a skilled shop role over time.
We're hiring a Finish Helper to support the finishing side of our shop. No prior experience required. You'll help prep, sand, and stage cabinet parts and finished pieces so our finish work meets a luxury standard every time.
Why Work With Us
We've built this business on doing things properly the first time. That same standard applies to how we operate as a team.
01
Oscar served before building this business. That means discipline, respect, and doing what you said you'd do. Those aren't words on a wall — they're how we operate every day.
02
We build custom cabinetry, vanities, built-ins, and finish work for high-end homes across Central Texas. If you take woodworking seriously, you'll fit right in.
03
Oscar and Marla are not remote owners. They're in the shop, on the job site, and in the details. You'll always know where you stand and what's expected.
04
We photograph everything we build. Our work is in luxury homes across the area. What you build here is something you can point to and say, "I made that."
05
We keep a clean shop and a clean schedule. No chaos, no last-minute scrambles. The kind of environment where skilled people can actually do their best work.
06
We're local and we intend to stay local. Work out of our shop at 2021 Howard Loop Unit A, Salado — with project sites across Belton, Temple, and surrounding areas.
What We Offer
What We're Looking For
We're not looking for the fastest worker. We're looking for the most consistent one. If these qualities sound like you, we should talk.
Experience in Finish Carpentry or Cabinetry
At least 2 years working with cabinets, built-ins, trim, or custom woodwork. You know the difference between rushed and done.
Attention to Detail
You notice the gap that's a hair off. You care enough to fix it before anyone else sees it. That's not perfectionism — that's craftsmanship.
Reliability
You show up when you say you will. Clients are counting on a timeline and so is the rest of the team. Dependability is non-negotiable here.
Clean, Drug-Free Workplace
We operate clean. No exceptions. This is a professional shop and we hold everyone on the team to that standard — including ourselves.
Good Communication
You ask when you're not sure. You speak up if something looks off. A small question now prevents a costly fix later.
Pride in Your Work
This one's hard to teach. You either care about what you build or you don't. We're looking for the people who do.
Ready to Apply?
Send us a short intro — who you are, what you do, and how long you've been doing it. You don't need a formal resume. Just tell us about your work. We'll get back to everyone who reaches out.
